We feel so incredibly lucky to have chosen La Este Film to photograph our special days. Hamish and Courtney poured so much love into both of our wedding days, and it genuinely felt like they were there with us not just as vendors, but as people who truly cared about the moments unfolding around them.

They went above and beyond in ways we never expected, paying attention to the smallest details, offering gentle reassurance when we needed it, and bringing this beautiful calm energy that made everything feel effortless.

We were also lucky enough to have Kat with us on our larger wedding day, and she was an absolute angel. She checked in constantly, made sure we felt grounded, and captured everything with so much care and heart.

Looking back, what stands out the most is how naturally La Este became part of the day. They have this ability to be present without ever feeling intrusive, anticipating moments before they happen, and somehow being everywhere at once. I’ll never forget sharing a dance with Courtney and having her get involved in breaking plates with us.

Together, Hamish and Courtney are an extraordinary team. Their communication, their dedication, and the genuine joy they brought to our days didn’t go unnoticed; not by us, and not by our guests, many of whom commented on how lovely and easygoing they were. The photos they delivered for us are treasures we’ll hold onto forever.

Everyone kept saying to us our wedding was so full of love and they captured all the moments. Watching the video made me feel like I was re living our day all over again. Beautiful, easy going people. We actually only met them the day of the wedding but you wouldn’t have known they made us all feel so comfortable.
